I love this time of year when everything is coming out. 

As you see my Dad's Cat (Inky Dinky) she helps us in the garden....Lol!

Some of my Mother plants, Rosemary, Texas Sage grow great out here in east Texas!

My Mother loves Lilies!

Knitting~

I just love Knitting!

I took up knitting in my teens to give me something to do while I watch TV.

Blankets are my favorite things to make, but I do make hats, wraps, scarfs and flowers. 

here are some of my stuff I have made. 

I just love my knitting looms they are so much fun and easy to use!!

Cakes & Sweets!

 I have loved sweet since I was a child, My Mother would be baking in the kitchen and I would be in there helping her all the time. 

I love taking a recipe and making into my own, 

adding or chancing is one of the things I love to do with a recipes!

Easy recipe to make!!

EASY CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

1 (4 oz.) box chocolate pudding
1 small container Cool Whip
1 tbsp. milk

Place chocolate pudding in mixing bowl. Pour milk into the pudding mix and stir. Then put the whole container of Cool Whip in the pudding mixture and stir until smooth. Then refrigerate.

I just love these white chocolate cups with chocolate whip cream, top with chocolate butterflies.

YUM!
